Quick answerYou can exchange an item for another size or colour within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number to start an exchange.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You can exchange for another size or colour within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
What are the conditions?
- Unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached
- Swimwear, underwear and accessories cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons
- Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded
How do I start an exchange?
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@wearhouse.lb with your order number and the item you want to swap. We arrange collection and deliver the new item.
What if my item is faulty?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
